NAMI Basics Class

NAMI Basics is a free 6-session educational program for parents, caregivers and other family who provide care for youth (ages 22 and younger) who are experiencing mental health symptoms. No formal diagnosis is required to enroll.

Learn:

• from other caregiver journeys
• about support during the recovery process
• how to connect with resources

Topics include:

• insights on mental health conditions
• self-care & compassion
• mental health recovery journey

This class will be held weekly on Thursdays for 6 weeks, from Sept. 18 to Oct. 23, in person at El Paso Child Guidance Center (2701 Yandell Dr).

Registration closes Wed., Oct 1, or until class has reached capacity.
